Let me begin by saying that I haven't had a chance to actually come for a service but I tried to reach out on Sunday and heard back from her within 15 minutes so the timing is worth noting, she also called me back even though she just had a baby and knew that she won't be able to make the timing requested so her commitment to her business is impressive and appreciated.

I wanted to give myself a bday gift!! New eyebrows via microshading!!! Lol!! I did it!! I was nervous but excited. She made me feel at ease. She was very personable, thorough (explains step by step) and very tedious lol. I am highly satisfied!! I like how natural she made my eyebrows look. I highly recommend Elizandra!! You won't be disappointed!!
