We've purchased a few homes over the years and used various house inspection companies. Without question Thomas Inspection Services was the most thorough we've ever engaged with. His services and partnering with SWAT termite inspection made our decision, sound. The home is 100 years old and Tom's knowledge and experience in vintage homes is unparalleled. I highly recommend this company.

Tom is incredibly knowledgeable and impressed us greatly with his thorough inspection of our new home. He became a critical resource for us as we worked through some significant issues with the stucco on the home, and was at all times professional and reliable. He patiently explained the issues in a way that we could understand and helped navigate all the way through the resolution. We are now comfortable with the way the issue was resolved, and we now know a lot more about how to identify whether stucco panels have been built with the proper means for moisture to escape! We would highly recommend his services for inspections and as a building consultant.

Dear Tom,I would like to take this time to thank you for your service regarding the monitoring of the construction of our new home. Beginning with your review of our contract, the initial slab inspection and all the way through the framing, plumbing, electrical, insulation and roofing. Your knowledge of every aspect of the house, including the operation of all the appliances far exceeded my expectations.
