Brittany is absolutely WONDERFUL!!! I had a reaction to the getting my face wax (my skin wanted to break out) and I messaged her and within a hour she messaged me back to come back in and she will have a look at it and she has been so perfect on making sure my skin does not break out again and stay perfect every time. She also waxed my daughter’s eye brows for the first time and she was so incredibly gentle with her and they turned out beyond works wonderful!! Brittany is absolute perfection.

I had an amazing experience at The Wax Room! Britney was phenomenal — she made the whole process so comfortable. I’ve been to many other wax rooms before, but they either left me with pain, ingrown hairs, or patches of hair. This was completely different. Britney was quick, thorough, and I felt very little pain during the wax.
I also tried the vagina facial, which was so relaxing and really helped clear out ingrown hairs. On top of that, I got a back facial, and it was calming and refreshing from start to finish.
Overall, this was by far the best waxing and spa experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

Brittany is the nicest person ever! She is so quick with her work and doesn’t miss a spot! Also i don’t know what she does but this is the least painful wax i have ever experienced, i have went to multiple places and have done waxing and sugaring and it has been painful, but with brittany it is like a complete difference she makes you feel so comfortable and explains everything, she makes great Conversation and is a great listener, so glad i found her and i will not be going anywhere else!
