John came into my workplace today (Home Depot) and purchased 40 gift cards. Joshua (Josh) came to our house on a Sunday and did such an amazing job fixing the outside bathroom and then checked all the other plumbing pipes to see if we needed anything else and found my inside bathroom drain was clogged and needed to be fixed too as it didn't have much pressure. By the time Josh left my house all my plumbing issues were fixed. He was so polite and easy to work with because I wanted to learn what he was doing so he explained everything to me as he was doing it and why. And very affordable for a fixed income household.
