I called them because I had two sinks leaking. Instead of only looking at my sinks Tom did an entire apartment walk to ensure that there was no further concerns and found another major issue which he addressed. He did an entire check list and I felt safe and secure in them fixing my plumbing issues. They were fair on the pricing. I had a previous quote from another plumber who was price gouging and Tom was clear on the number and gave me multiple options for payment. I will only call them with my plumbing issue.
Chris and David were fantastic. They were super communicative and provided me with the comfort I needed while figuring out an issue. A local plumber tried to pull one over on me. Tom did a great job installing a water softener and a water heater. I supplied both from Home depot. Great communication as I contemplated my requirements Over several weeks. Willing to negotiate. Was able to complete installation of both units in less than 5 1/2 hours so it didn’t kill my entire day. I Have a new plumber from here on out.🙂
