Marcus did a 4 point inspection on my house when I first bought it 7 years ago. I’m planning on selling now and had remembered what a great job he did back then. My realtor reached out and he agreed to do a 4 point and pre list home inspection. He was able to come out within a matter of days of me asking. He then got the reports done in less than 12 hours. He is always kind, prompt and professional. He is also very fair, tells you the truth and is very trustworthy.

Had a 4-point and wind mitigation inspection for insurance quotes . The two inspectors that came to my condo were very efficient and friendly. I received a very competitive quote from Frontline home insurance. When it was all done, I'm very happy.

I dont have an issue with Suncoast but MAKE SURE that you are aware this roof inspection will not satisfy the nasty Florida Insurance Companies that look at every opportunity to get you. The report I got from SCHI was denied by my insurance company and they are sending me a letter of non-renewal. Not sure that's exactly legal but its a bridge I have to cross. I am -1 a star because there was no follow thru to me on communication telling me that I was expected to call back to pay and I wasted $75 on something they were not certified to do according to the insurer. If SCHI wants to duke it out with my insurer I would gladly give that star back.
