Suda is hands down one of the best gyms I've ever joined. The facility is very clean, and the variety of equipment ensures you’ll always have what you need for any workout. What truly sets it apart, is the supportive atmosphere created by the friendly and dedicated members. This is a gym for people who are serious about fitness—not a place where people just sit around on their phones. I highly recommend Suda to anyone looking for a genuine gym experience.

This gym is by far the best gym in Pinellas county. New equipment, all of the machines you can think of and some, it’s clean as heck & then there isn’t a time of day where it’s “too crowded” To top it off, the owners Sammy & Liz are cool as heck & very helpful. For the $, this is a legit no brainer decision to make the switch to Suda

6 months of working with Coach Liz! And I could not be happier!!! The gym has the best music and the absolutely best atmosphere to get a great workout in!! Not to mention a super supportive community!! So grateful to be a part of the Suda fam.
