Our family had a wonderful experience working with Alexa and Margaret. Both were sincere in their condolences and making it comfortable to get some final decisions made. Alexa guided us through a very emotional day and was very professional.
Because neither of my parents had ANY plans in place when they passed I decided I didn’t want to do that to my children. So I kept meaning to pre-plan but, ya know, life kept getting in the way. My father-in-law passed recently and we were very surprised that he had planned ahead. I made an appointment the day of the viewing because if I didn’t it wouldn’t get done. Ryan was great help! I live in Massachusetts and he was able to help me organize everything over the phone and via text to finalize having my mother’s ashes placed in their lovely location. I know she is happy with our choice! Ryan was also great when we found that the vase was missing from my grandparents grave site and he got that replaced with a couple of days! I have said it plenty of times ‘Ryan is the best!’ Thank you!
