Edor saved the day when my tub was backing up! He worked hard at figuring out the problem and took the time to answer my questions so I could wrap my head around how the pipes were configured and why the back up was happening. (Plumbing is not in my wheel house ?). Very satisfied with the service I received!
I was very happy with Keli's work this morning, he was prompt and professional. Keli had the problem fixed in no time and cleaned up the mess even offering to mop the floor.
The call center, however, was unprofessional. I scheduled an appointment on Monday evening and received a call saying they would be early. Then another call saying they were running late. I called later asking how much longer since this was a toilet issue and we only have one bathroom. I was told they would still be out. Just before midnight I got a text and a call saying I was rescheduled for Tuesday morning. Why say you are 24/7 when you don't service 24/7?
I called a Riverview-based plumbing company to my house when my toilets and bathtubs began backing up. This company came out three times and snaked the drains (I’m simplifying this), costly solutions that they assured us each time would resolve the problem. After we had a fourth backup, I called Roto-Rooter. Instead of them just addressing the symptom, they identified the root cause (a calcification issue caused by a buildup of medications, of all things). I appreciate their knowledge and professionalism, and would recommend them to anyone 10/10.
