Rick answered the phone and was very comprehensive in telling me the cost and what was envolved in getting my Tesla out of the flood path of Hurricane Milton. I was away in NC and could not be at my car in Pinellas Park when he picked it up. He was able to take my car out of a locked storage area and tow it to a municiple parking structure in Clearwater, parking it on the top level of the garage. Several phone calls were necessary between us and everytime we spoke Rick was cheerful and completely service-minded. What a class-act!

I got stuck in my friend’s yard during the big rainstorm tonight. PCTR showed up 70 minutes after I called, got down on hands and knees barefoot in the rain water and mud, to get my car out of their yard. He was pleasant and professional and got me on my way quickly. Thank you, and I will definitely use them again if I need towing help in the future!

I used them twice and both times the were great. Very personable and did a spectacular job with a fairly difficult tow. (I lost the only key and they picked up my Rover without having to put the car in neutral).
