Was thorough and explained things. In the end while I thought I had a medium to major problem, he insured me it was not. Was only charged $49 for the visit. When does that happen?
After I called Pest Control Solutions & Services, an estimate for my lawn was done the next day. The estimate was for a fair price and had the option of 6 or 12 treatments a year. I’ve only had one treatment so far, but my lawn (St. Augustine) already looks much better.
My service was scheduled for Thursday, 5/28 and, OF COURSE, I completely forgot about it. The service was an outdoor treatment only, so there was no need for me to be there.
When I read the email, I was so grateful for the character of PCS technician, Emilio Marquez. He had arrived on time and began service on my yard. When he began to spray under my stilt house, he realized that I had left food out for the neighborhood kitties, and he ceased treatment. I am so impressed with his character and work ethic. This meant he had to return the next day and finish. Needless to say, I removed all kitty food prior.
