After contacting the office, I received a prompt return call from Ms. Antonieta, a representative I believe is based in the San Antonio, TX office.
She was professional, attentive, and addressed my concerns thoroughly. Together, we resolved the issues and made the necessary corrections.

Jeff Houston, Inspector and Ben Brook, Tech, were very helpful and informative when they came to our home. Jeff Houston explained the procedures and mapped out the plan to get rid of our pests. Ben Brook then came over and installed the proper bait and traps. He told us any time there is an issue or problem, to call and he would come out and fix it!
We were very happy with both associates and their attitude towards helping us control our issues!
