These guys have been good for years prior however I do Caution against signing up for the maintenance plans. The last time an associate came out I did sign up for the deluxe package but in the subsequent years they never came back out. Now having system issues and called this morning to get it checked out and they have no records of me paying for the plan. Spoke to 2 associates and neither seemed surprised.
I had some questions about my recently installed system that I was concerned about. I made a phone call and within 2 hours I had a technician here to check out my questions and explain to me what I did not understand. I was complete satisfied with the entire process! I highly recommend Paradis Air to anyone that is considering any kind of A/C work.
I really like this company . Have tried several over the 4 years I have been here . They are professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy . So glad I found Paradise . They came out today with short notice to address an issue . Problem solved and I learned something new about new unit . Tim O’Connell had my new unit installed in a few days and it was the weekend . Appreciate the care and concern for their customers .I am a happy Paradise Air customer ?
