I reached out to Sun Up Services for a much needed service call on my old 2013 AC unit and boy, am I glad I did! As it turns out, the old unit was barely working and causing me all kinds of worries. With so many things that needed fixing, I opted to go with a whole new system (what's the point of a bandaid when you need surgery?!!). This was a late Sunday night service request. I received a call back within 10 minutes. Th AC compressor was not running. The technician was at my house within an hour of my phone call. The AC needed a new capacitor to fix the issue. The whole task was completed in less than half hour. Very appreciative of the overall service and responsiveness of Sun Up Services. I have been using Sun Up for several years and highly recommend using them for regular HVAC maintenance. Additionally have a service contract in place for these types of emergencies!
