Beware! Mikes Pool Service is the worst. Our pool always looks terrible 2 day’s after service for the past year… I recently complained for the 1st time about the yellow stains and dirt…They blame it on the fact that the pool isn’t screened in. Their solution was for us to hire them to come out twice a week..Since I do not want to pay for them to come out twice a week, they said they would rather cut ties with our account, since they only have one other pool in the area and it is basically an inconvenience…Keep in mind there are homes on my street upward of 10 million….This is the type of neighborhood you want to market to… Small minded mindset! Called for help on my pool pump that wasn’t working properly and they said they can’t help. They don’t do this. Asked if they can recommend a company whom can and they didn’t know. Not helpful.

I called Mike and he was not able to get to our house because it's out of his location zone, however he took his time on the phone to give me good advice to get our pool to the way we would like it.He was willing to answer any question I had and gave honest advice without getting inpatient. Thank you!
