We had an issue with our in-floor pool cleaning system not working properly, and even though the pool was built 4 years ago, Curtis Pools came back out and fixed it completely at no charge. That level of customer service and standing behind their work is rare these days.

We wanted to have the waterline tiled in our fiberglass pool. Curtis Pools provided a highly competitive quote and we’re able to come out to complete the job with days of giving them the go ahead. They were efficient, provided excellent communication throughout, and did a fantastic job. Very happy with how the tile came out and looking forward to enjoying our pool this summer. They have all been very patient with us with all our thousands of changes we met them in 2022 and finally we were able to start our project this year, Everyone was helpful to us especially Tom,Jamie,Eric. Jeff gave us cool ideas of spa jets, a waterfall feature and pebblesheen because it’s less rough on feet. Tom and Eric have been very helpful throughout the process.
