“My mother recently passed away. We had done some pre-planning with Reese which was painless and everything we asked for went off without a problem. We asked for a person that could say a few words at my mom’s funeral and the person they recommended did an incredible job. Everything was great but there were a few items that made end a little rough. They have a 3rd party DNA product that they offer but they don’t seem to fully understand it. For some things we paid the funeral home but for the person who spoke we had to reach out and pay her directly. It would be much easier to pay the funeral home and let them pay everyone. The state of Florida had an issue with providing death certificates. We still don’t have a death certificate and I have to call and get status every week. I feel like I’m irritating them but you can’t do anything without them. I’ve called the state but they won’t release status since the funeral home submitted the request.“

“Never thought to leave a cemetery a review but…This place has unfortunately become a home for the 3 people that made my family a family. They helped my mom bury my dad and helped me bury my mother and then brother. They are the most compassionate and thoughtful cemetery around. During the process with my mother I found all the other surrounding areas to be money hungry places during someone’s most hardest moments. Especially financially. Chris and Christine in the front office have always been a delight to speak with as well as there graveyard staff that has been respectful and helpful during the burial process.

Another point. I do see is that when grass grows over a marker ( as grass does naturally ) they are very quick to come out and have it uncovered. Thank you all for being so very kind when someone like me has come onto the property so broken. you guys make a difference. ❤️

“On May 6th my 99 year old mother passed away. Six days earlier my youngest sister also passed away. We were trying so hard to coordinate the two funerals in Cadillac, Mich. With the excellent communication between the two we were able to have mother/daughter burial on the same day. I can't tell you how much this meant to us!
