Best fitness studio I’ve ever encountered. Love the group atmosphere that keeps you motivated.
Ps -Celeste is the best trainer. You’d be lucky to attend one of her classes.

Im 64 years young and out of shape I joined the gym to work out with my daughter on the weekends I do modify some station but just on the 3 rd weekend I noticed my strength had increased! When my daughters other friends saw that I could do this, they signed up also since I inspired them The staff is awesome and It feels like a work out party!?

I absolutely love F45 largo east! I have seen so much progress in my fitness goals since I have been training here. The trainers are incredibly motivating and supportive. The atmosphere is energetic and welcoming, making it easy to stay committed to my fitness goals and makes me look forward to coming to class. The variety of classes keeps things interesting and ensures I never get bored. Whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, F45 largo east is the place to be for a challenging and fun workout experience. Highly recommend!
