As a complete beginner, who's overweight and a bit out of shape, I was very nervous. However, when I arrived, I was welcomed with a warm smile. The coach explained every procedure in detail and walked me through the movements until I felt comfortable.
I felt like every muscle in my body was worked and pushed to it's limit! So invigorating and challenging- I loved it!
This gym is top notch, from coaching, to facilities, all the way to the swagger gear for purchase! Ive popped into alot of gyms Crossfit and non-affiliate style all over the country but nothing compares to Westchase Largo.
I’m BRAND NEW to CrossFit, and have been coming here for about 3 weeks now. Sammie and all the coaches are extremely helpful with my limited knowledge of the moves, and have always been right there to show me the proper techniques. All the other members have also been super helpful, encouraging and very welcoming to me!I’m hooked! ??
