I usually don't make reviews about this but I would like to say how grateful I am for Annia for getting the appointments set up so quickly. She was lovely to talk to, and on the same day of me sending her my mother's information she was able to get us scheduled with a smile. I have had previous bad experiences of people not prioritizing getting my mom in the office quickly before, but Annia was able to sort through everything within hours, and for that I am so thankful. If you are a new patient I recommend you get signed up by her, the most effective and kind person to be doing this job.
I've had nothing but amazing experiences here. Missy is always fantastic at the front and is awesomely helpful (I know it's not a word, but it's appropriate). I've been seeing Christie for the past several months as my care provider. She has been such a huge help in my healing journey and is joy to speak to. She truly listens to your needs. Bywater Mental Health is a must if you are seeking help. 100/100P.S. Lord of the Rings themed, how could you go wrong??
Danielle is fantastic, she’s personable and approachable while maintaining professionalism. I never wait more than a few minutes for appointments, Missy at the front desk is always a sweetheart. They got me in for my first appointment fairly quickly and try their best to accommodate your schedule when making future appointments- telehealth is also available! They don’t just push medications on you, in fact, Danielle was fully on board with discussing my wanting to try and taper off some of my meds.I hadn’t gone to a psychiatrist for a long while after having a bad experience, I’m so glad I chose this place.
