We are new clients to Bayshore - but so far, I am THRILLED. I reached out to this company online at 3am on a Saturday morning because I was worried about my elderly parents. They are extremely capable but need help at times that I cannot provide. I received a response on Sunday morning from Deanna who explained the services offered and helped me determine our needs. On Monday, the amazing RN, Vickie, was at their home interviewing them. Their new caregiver (I'm not giving you her name - because YOU CANNOT HAVE HER, lol) started TUESDAY morning. My father has been having Bayshore caregivers visit for a few years now. They are friendly, helpful, caring and compassionate. They assist my Dad with personal care needs, such as showering and dressing, as well as making him breakfast, ensuring he takes his meds and ensuring he exercises. They also take a personal interest in him and keep him engaged in conversation. The office staff is very helpful as well. I would (and have) recommend them to others.
