    Over a year and we still don't have our entire equipment for our son...now it is too late because our insurance has changed and they don't even cover it. Christina is completely rude to deal with and makes very rude remarks that she should keep to herself. She and the rest of the team need to get their crap together.

    I can't say it any better than has already been said- the absolute WORST place to order, in my case, CPAP supplies. I hate to use Amazon, but at least your order will be correct and at a substantially better price

    Part of my Cpap mask broke,everytime you call never have a live person and we you speak with someone they send messages
    My part was supposed to be shipped overnight ,still waiting ( they send another message today)i offer to pick up the part and the response “they shipped from another source “?.Very frustrating
    I was in tears and Shane was helpful and caring but still waiting on my part
