Bismarck and Moisés the techs that came to service my unit were great and very professional and efficient. I will hope they be the ones who will come and service my unit all the time. They are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my complete understanding and satisfaction. I recommend this company 100%.
Keith Bowman was exceptional. Honest, informative, and a pleasure to work with. He was personable with both my wife and I. Extremely professional with a down to Earth mentality second to none. Request this man to help you with any situation you may find yourself in need of when it comes to HVAC issues.
Reginald was fabulous! I came home from work to no a/c and power out in the majority of our home. Called Integrity Solutions and the lady who answered (Nina?) was so sweet- she could tell I was stressed. Within 20 minutes of my call, Reginald called to say he was on his way. Professional and knowledgeable; he diagnosed the issue which ended up being a TECO issue. However, knowing it would take time for them to resolve it, he helped move some breakers to get my refrigerators on to try and save on food/groceries we had just bought. Tried to do what he could and also checked for other, future recommendations due to age of the home (without being pushy at all).
