UPDATE: Changed my rating after finally getting in touch with someone who listened to my situation, reviewed the case and corrected my invoicing. We had never before had issues with them in the past as they had installed our EV charging station so the below incident surprised me. But customer care Jessica came through and did right by us as a customer. Thank you
Integrity Home Solutions requires either a deposit or full payment up front for the work they quote. I chose to pay the full amount in advance — and that turned out to be a mistake.

Recently had an issue with my AC. I called Integrity Home Solutions and they sent out a tech (Michael King). Michael was able to determine it was an issue with the R32 sensor (which detects R32 coolant leak). There was no leak but the sensor needed to be replaced. The part would need to be ordered and he would be back to swap it out once it was received by Integrity. Michael said a day or two he would be back. I called the next day (Wednesday) for an update (as I was without AC) and was told they had the part and would swap it out on Friday. This was an issue for me so I called back and spoke to Karen Holmes who was very responsive, she said she would look into it... read full review

Bismarck and Moisés the techs that came to service my unit were great and very professional and efficient. I will hope they be the ones who will come and service my unit all the time. They are very knowledgeable and answered all my questions to my complete understanding and satisfaction. I recommend this company 100%.
