Josh my service technician. He is professional, personable, always willing to listen to my concerns and takes the time to help me understand some of the various treatments and complications with my lawn. We've had Arrow for a while now and even though it hasn't been a perfect relationship, they by far have been the best we've had...... and we've had quite a few lawn care companies. All started out decent but after a few months they always ended up killing our yard or letting bugs take over. Arrow has been solid, even with a few little yard issues here and there, they always make the right adjustments. We get tons of compliments on our grass.
