I invested in some personal training and it is one of the best investments in myself I have ever made. I have had good trainers but Sherman Gilbert takes it to a new level. (Anytime Fitness Largo Mall) He is a game changer for me. Two months in and I am inspired!! I see change already. I've been in the gym my whole life so this is not new to me but Sherman really upped my game. Anytime Fitness is definitely my gym of choice and Tyrone is an invested owner who knows all his clients by name and makes everyone welcome. AF Largo has lots of options for classes and personal training as well as physical therapy by Dr Tyrone Joy -owner.
AWESOME!! I've been to a lot of gyms and this one is one of the best! I really appreciate how clean it is, the number of people my age working out and how many of them are women, not just men.Working with a personal trainer has given me a new level of expertise in my exercise program.
What a great gym! Small, private, upstairs location (with elevator access). New equipment and seldom if ever "crowded". My gym closed, and the owner here matched my old gyms price, too! No complaints, other than maybe the music selection, but they will never please everyone with that!
