They have my personal phone number listed as their business number. I have emailed them, messaged them and not sure what else to do. I believe this place is fake, fraudulent and dangerous. The Facebook page they have definitely isn't real. Something needs to be done. I'm sick of receiving calls at all hours of the night.

For some reason this business phone number is listed as my personal cell so I am continuously receiving texts and calls for this place. The calls are always late night or early morning. Have to shut my ringer off so I don't get woke up. I've tried emailing this business to have them update their number with no luck. Pretty frustrating.It's been probably 3 weeks with still no solution. No one has reached out or responded to this review. As of today my number is still listed for this business.

I have never experienced such poor service in my life. My boyfriend bought me this groupon as a birthday gift and it was nearly impossible to book an appointment. I called and went to voicemail and no way to leave a voice message. I text and nobody responds. I text again the next day. They told me to go online to make appointment, but didn't say for who or how to use the Groupon. After I text back saying they need to call me if they want my service, she says she will call later. Nobody every called me for days. Finally I asked for a refund nicely. They asked why and before I could even respond they tell me to never text or call again. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE!!
