Derick went above and beyond on helping me and did things to my computer to make it easier to run, helped by cleaning out the fan and the keyboard and doing and update for a hotfix for me on the keyboard. I’ve been fortunate enough to have been working with this company for over 10 years. Nobody else touches my computer system. They handle all of my company backup solutions, keep my software up to date, and notify me if they see anything odd in my system.
