Made appointment The weight wasn't too bad since I had an appointment. I just can't stand making appointments and happen to wait an hour in a waiting room in an hour to be seen, that's very unprofessional with people because it makes me feel they don't want to listen, and they're hurting people like cattle, getting them in and out without listening. But they did listen and they did very good. I was very happy.

I have really struggled with walk-in clinics before, But this way Place was great They were just simply Normal. They looked at you they talked to you they were just simply normal and it was so refreshing. I find frequently the customer service is not at all part of any medical facilities culture but it was really nice here really was

My experience with this location of AFC Urgent Care WAS THE BEST! I came down to Largo for a visit and became ill, the ladies at the front desk were so caring and helped me with paperwork since I was so sick. Then I was called to the back. My nurse/assistant, her name is Quay, she went Above and Beyond for me. I had numerous problems, not just one particular so she helped me by talking to her Manager to see what I could e seen for since my insurance would only take one Illness. She helped me with compassion and empathy and really listened to me, I was placed in a room for the Dr. Then Dr. Laura came in and sat me down to go over everything that I am going through.
