I frequent this car wash often and use their bays, I’ve never had an issue. Everything always works and they even have a tenant on-site in case something doesn’t. No complaints.
Until today. I didn’t have time to do a full wash myself this weekend, so I decided to use the touchless wash for the first time. I have a ceramic coating and I’ve seen the damage that drive-thru car washes can do to paint, so a touchless wash is the next best thing to hand washing. I use a very specific pH-neutral soap and microfiber mitts & towels, so all I really needed was a good rinse. Halfway through my trip and the Sprinter van is looking... unclean. It's 10 feet tall so it doesn't fit through automated car washes. I need a manual one and this one was excellent for that.
The roof is high enough that the van fit easily. They take cards so I didn't have to sift through my bucket of quarters. The water was powerful enough to get off the worst of the bugs and the brush was great for getting off the rest, at least on the plastic parts. Never use one of these brushes on your paint!
Super easy, clean and it all worked well. I'd use this one again!

It was good, and only one fault as much as I could tell. The button that offered wax, did not feel like it had any wax in it!
When we dried the car off we saw no real Shine of any kind! Not even a glimmer!
The placed was clean!!! No clue if they had test rooms!
