Wow! What a great experience with Elite Senior Home Care. Turnkey, from first contact with their customer service person and sales person, Joy Levin (totally warm, haimisha, smart and intuitive woman) to the wonderful aids they provided my parents. We gave relatively detailed descriptions of what we were looking for in an aid for our parents and they nailed it each and every time. Not only was the care great, but the firm's flexibility to change the terms of care as my parents' needs changed was such a stress reliever. I can't say enough wonderful things about the 24/7 people and approach to senior care that you get with Elite Senior Home Care.
We've had the pleasure of working with Arletty for the last several months and I can honestly say that she is a true joy to have in our home. She is always punctual (even in our challenging traffic environment), does her job effectively and treats my husband with respect and dignity. He is responding well under her care, and I feel confident leaving the house to run errands while she is with him. Arletty has a great personality, and we have at least one good laugh per shift. That's saying a lot!
The team at Elite Senior Home Care has been a pleasure to work with. They are available 24/7 by text, and easily reachable by phone. They are flexible with my dad's changing needs, and very responsive to our questions and concerns. We have had many different aides through this company, and most of them have been truly wonderful. We absolutely love Mathurin - he is so caring and speaks directly to my dad in a way that makes him feel important and valued. Listo, Fabiola, and Sylvia are amazing - caring, kind, and committed to their work. We are very satisfied and will continue working with this team for the long term.
