Nurse practitioner was excellent Lara. Medical assistant was great. Registration was great and quick. I was able to complete the registration on my phone quick. I was a walk in and thought I was going to have a long wait. I was completely done in less than an hour.

The Lantana community health center provides a full range of health services for adult and pediatric patients, including medical, dental, behavioral and mental health, women’s health, pharmacy services and community resource programs. Our mission is to make comprehensive, high-quality health care accessible to the entire community. As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our doors are open to all patients. We treat everyone regardless of insurance status or ability to pay and offer medical translation services so language is not a barrier to a patient receiving equitable care.
