“I had an overall pretty good experience here. We boarded our cat for a couple of days. She was in a shared cat room, which is not what I thought would happen. When the cat room was listed on the website, it looked like there was an option for shared or private. I thought she would have her own room, which would have made her much less stressed. But, that might be on me. They were very accommodating and Taylor is very understanding and friendly. My cat came home sneezing like crazy, so I think she got sick (maybe from other cats, maybe from stress). I would use them again, knowing more now.“
