I had another plumbing issue with another clients home and Matthew came out. Not only was he prompt and extremely personable, he finished the job quickly and the pricing was beyond fair. This is my new favorite plumbing company and I am so glad that they were referred to me by my previous clients!
had 3 companies come out to give a quote for a water meter leak on the “customer” side. Not only was Optimum the most cost effective, Andrew, was personable, professional and explained in detail what was going on and gave me (and my client) the confidence to move forward. I think I have found my new plumber!
Recently we moved to a new home that required some plumbing maintenance and updates. We are quite happy with Optimum Plumbing. Andrew, our technician, is very conscientious and hardworking. He explained any issues and offered potential solutions. We appreciated his thorough efforts to aright our plumbing issues. We highly recommend Optimum and will seek out Andrew to help us meet our plumbing needs.
This is my second experience with Optimum Plumbing. They are on time, respectful, affordable, and communicate well what they are doing. They were even able to come out the same day I called which was not expected. They did a good job on fixing my leak and did it in the most cost efficient way. I will definitely use them again if needed.
