“Physical Medicine Center is a Top tier medical facility. From the front desk to all the staff who care for you. Dr. Lupo fixed a nagging back problem i was having and not only kept me going at work but relieved the pain with compassion and kindness. Cathy and the office staff always found a way to get me in to see Dr. Lupo when my schedule was hectic. She was delightful as was the entire office staff. Deborah and the team in the physical therapy department, where kind, compassionate, and always made sure you where treated kindly and professionally. One of the only medical offices that I've ever been in that you felt like family as soon as you arrived. Thank you to everyone who cared for me while I was there. “We had the most wonderful experience at Dr. B’s office! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional, making us feel at ease right away. The office was clean, cheerful, and clearly designed with children in mind.

Dr. B was absolutely amazing with my daughter, Andi. They took the time to listen to all of my concerns, answered every question with patience, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Andi was a little nervous, but Dr. B’s kind and gentle approach put her completely at ease. They even took the time to engage with her, making the visit fun and stress-free.
