I had an overall pretty good experience here. We boarded our cat for a couple of days. She was in a shared cat room, which is not what I thought would happen. When the cat room was listed on the website, it looked like there was an option for shared or private. I thought she would have her own room, which would have made her much less stressed. But, that might be on me. They were very accommodating and Taylor is very understanding and friendly. My cat came home sneezing like crazy, so I think she got sick (maybe from other cats, maybe from stress). I would use them again, knowing more now.

We have had Oscar for 8 years, since he was 5 weeks old, and never boarded him before. However we had to go to TN for our daughter’s wedding and had no choice for this trip. I was more nervous than a mama dropping her child off at kindergarten! There was a little confusion over the type of suite we had booked him, but when I reached out, Leigh immediately contacted me back and he was moved. She sent me updates and photos every day. We were gone 8 days and picked him up today. He was happy, healthy and SO happy to see his family. He had been freshly bathed and his nails clipped. The communication could not have been better. I have used Happy Tails for the last few years for my annual vacation. I run a rescue and always have different dogs boarded each year. They always come back happy and healthy. Happy Tails gives me great peace of mind when I'm away that my dogs are being properly taken care of. Staff is always friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and will always use them when going away
