“Sarah was fantastic! I walked in with my Janis Joplin hanging-hair and after showing her about 20 pictures in my phone, she got the idea of what I was looking for. Throughout the wash, haircut and styling, she always checked that I was happy with the lengths, layers and overall cut. When it was time to finish with the dryer, she asked if I wanted a blow out or to use the diffuser to enhance my curls. I said ‘whatever was easier for her’, to which she replied, “no, it’s whatever you’d like, I’m good either way.” She was so friendly, chatty, and had a lovely demeanor. Highly recommend!! ?“
