“I genuinely cannot recommend this salon enough. I came in with a very difficult color correction and hair that was already damaged and compromised from previous coloring. My hair had multiple uneven tones, including purple, gray/green, and darker areas, and I was honestly worried that getting it back to a natural-looking brown without causing even more damage might not be possible. The result absolutely blew me away. They knew exactly how to approach the correction, including putting the warmth back into my hair first so the final brown would look rich and natural instead of muddy or green. The amount of knowledge, patience, and attention to detail that went into correcting my hair was seriously impressive. Not only is my color now a beautiful, dimensional brunette, but they managed to make it look incredibly even while preserving my hair and its length. Considering the condition and color I walked in with, the before-and-after is honestly unbelievable. I went in stressed and unsure whether my hair could even be corrected safely, and I left feeling completely different about it. If you have damaged hair, a complicated color history, or need a serious color correction, this is the kind of expertise you want. “Although prices have increased in the past year, cuts are reasonable. It would be great if you could select a stylist on duty using the App. Mostly because there are always new stylists and it would be great to have one cut your hair that you have found is better than others. Additionally, the tip function starts at $5 and some cannot afford that. I suspect some choose not to tip instead of feeling awkward to modify manually. $3 might be a great start.“
