About Florida Power Yoga
Florida Power Yoga (FYP) is a welcoming and friendly yoga studio where clients can enjoy a challenging workout and reduce stress through deep breathing. The instructors, such as Denise, take the time to know their clients and create a supportive environment, encouraging participants to have fun and not worry about being perfect. The studio is also commended for its cleanliness. FYP is not only a great place to take yoga classes, but also a valuable resource for small businesses, as demonstrated by the mentorship and support provided to vendors. Participants can expect to sweat from head to toe during classes, so it is recommended to bring a towel. Overall, Florida Power Yoga is a highly recommended place for both yoga and community.
I just started back at FYP after taking a few years off due to demands of my business. Now I have more time and have been taking 2-3 classes a week and feel amazing each time. Denise is so friendly and takes time to know her clients. She knows like everyone in the room and really cares about her members taking yoga. You will sweat your entire body from head to toes so bring a small towel bc it will drip off of you.
Everything about this place is awesome! Since taking classes, my stress level has reduced and I think it's because of the deep breathing. I have always felt welcomed, the staff is ultra friendly, and the people aren't judgey. As a beginner, I was nervous taking a class but Denice told me to "just be messy and have fun" and I appreciated that I didn't need to be perfect. I felt like a got a challenging workout and that I wasn't limited. I'm a bit of clean freak to and for a sweaty hot yoga studio, it is also super clean. Overall, 10 out of 10 place to workout!
I am fortunate enough to have my jewelry in the market at FPY and I love working with Denice. She is a wealth of information and experience and offers innovative ways to support my small business and I value her mentorship greatly.
