My new AC was not cooling so Tyson came out to check it out. He determined the AC units were fine, but the wire connecting the outside unit to the inside air handler was shorting out. He replaced the wire and problem solved! Thanks to Tyson's expert diagnostics, I was up and cooling in no time. I'm very satisfied with Dymond's customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been using Dymond Heating & Cooling since they installed my AC system back in 2018, and they’ve been consistently reliable ever since. They come out annually for maintenance and have always been responsive whenever I’ve needed service.
Most recently, they came out quickly and got everything back up and running without any hassle. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient—exactly what you want when dealing with AC issues in Florida.

I’ve lived 11 years now in Zephyrhills and I’ve been through four different air-conditioning companies that were downright terrible. This is my second year with diamond air conditioning and each time they come out they fix everything and it’s at a fair price. Today was no exception, and the air guy would not give up until he could fix the air for us. Such lousy workman Before him caused the problem, but he finally figured it out and we now have cool air again.
