This place is an asset to our area. The animals are happy and well taken care of. They have grown a lot over the years. I cannot wait to see how all the expansions work out. I have learned so much about many different animals, some I never knew existed. I never thought I would get to feed a lemur or hear their call. I got to have fun, and help conservation efforts to save their natural environment.
I like that you can get as close as you want most enclosures. This makes it so kids who might not want to be adventurous can still see animals from their comfort zone. I would say buy tickets in advance, but be prepared to get excited when... read full review

Had a fantastic experience. Came on a Wednesday. Not many others visiting at the same time so it was really nice to walk around and feel like we practically alone. Enjoyed all the animals. Some were very friendly and others unique that you wouldn't typically see visiting your run of the mill zoos. All of the employees we came across we friendly, helpful and informative. Also highly recommend one of the animal encounters. We did it with the young kangaroo and it was worth every penny. If you're reading reviews, you're obviously thinking about coming. Do yourself a favor and go enjoy a little time at this place. It doesn't disappoint.

It's a nice place to see cute animals! They are well-maintained. Mostly birds, lemures, even a kangaroo! I loved giving food to the lemurs, and the experience taught me so much. The guides and workers are kind and eager to explain to you anything.
