I have been going to The Roots Health Center for 5 months receiving chiropractic adjustments and utilizing the red light therapy. Since beginning treatment, I have experienced many positive changes in my day to day life including less anxiety, increased energy levels throughout the day, gut health improvements, decreased pain levels, and lots more. I started coming to The Roots about a year ago. I had surgery that was supposed to be same day/outpatient and routine. I ended up with complications and was admitted. I had a horrible recovery. I went to The Roots in hopes of healing and a more holistic approach. I started red light therapy and it really helped my incision sites heal faster. I’ve unfortunately hurt myself here and there over the last year and have continued to use red light as apart of my healing and as continued maintenance for inflammation.
