She did great and I love my hair! It was years of long hair needing a cut and she did my layers perfectly.
It's very convenient being able to book your appointment in the Great Clips app so that you don't have to wait in line when you get to the salon. Staff is very nice and respectful. Price is a little bit more expensive than it should be. $20 for a kids cut.
Great that you could text in ahead of time; would be better if you could make an appointment, But I'll take what I can get. As far as the haircut goes, I have always been satisfied, no matter who I am assigned to; but if you want a specific person, just let them know.
