We had LVP flooring installed throughout the entire first floor of our home by Fairfax Floors in Lakewood Ranch, and because we were still living out of state during part of the process, the project had to be completed in stages and eventually finished after we had already occupied the home.
Overall, we had a very positive experience with Fairfax Floors. Conor, the store manager who originally sold us the flooring, was easy-going, knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, and consistently followed through throughout the entire process.

Fairfax Flooring did an outstanding job from start to finish. The quality of the work is beautiful, and their professionalism was evident throughout the entire process, from the initial sales conversations all the way through completion.
We had one small detail in the bathroom that needed attention, and once it was brought to the owner’s attention, it was handled quickly with clear and consistent communication. That level of responsiveness really stood out.

I had 4 bedrooms of carpet removed and replaced. I chose Mohawk and one other rug for the low emissions. It is thick and feels wonderful underfoot. The carpet removal job was done very neatly, and new carpet installed expertly. The installers were careful to move all the furniture back exactly where we wanted it. We did end up having one issue, and needed to wait a few days for more carpet for one room, but Fairfax handled it so professionally, and with no additional cost to me. They actually rushed to make it right. I ended up being super pleased and would not hesitate to use them again.
