Don't bother. Trying to get help from this practice is fruitless. They needlessly cancel appointments with no explanation. Ashley Hall canceled my appointment without notifying me, and I showed up to find out she bailed on me. This practice will waste your time, not help you.

I have therapy and psychiatric at comprehensive medpsych. I love both my doctors and they've both been so helpful to me. Better than anyone else I've had in the last 45 years.

This is the ONLY place that has ever adequately helped me with finding the right medication for me. the receptionist is wonderful and a joy to see every time ❤️ and my DR is just awesome and very informative and diligent with his work. Thanks comprehensive medpsych :)

They litterly billed me for almost 200 falsely without even contacting me first just drafting money out of my account at will. Forced me to lock my account and haven't responded to me in over 10 days now. This has to be illegal, I'm so upset I'm close to looking into pursuing legal action. On top of this they fail to communicate between doctor and staff leading to constant mix ups so upsetting I dont trust this practice anymore. Gina the receptionist is horribly rude, refused to respond to clients, and untrustworthy with client information.

Attempting to speak with someone, anyone, is short of impossible. I left a voice mail for promised return call and after 3 days I gave up. I was kept on hold 25 minutes and then hung up on. if just getting an appointment is this ridiculous I question effectiveness of their service. I was an adolescent counselor for many years and always returned calls. these guys kicked my ptsd, anxiety to a limit. wow and they are supposed to help ppl with anxiety,

Everything was fine the first couple visits. Then it all turned south when i said i was not feeling as well as I should. I was told there was nothing else he could do. I was at the optimal level for my medication. Since Covid all my consults are online. Not comfortable with that. So should I just give up? IlI find someone else to treat me.

Horrible exp with Dr Wong. Waste of money and time. Pushing Remeron and I have anxiety and sleep issues. Cmon!
