We Love Ward's. We use their maintenance service every year to maintain our central air. Just had it serviced less than a month ago. We had a thunder storm knock out our lights and AC. Everything came back on but the AC. We tried the breaker and nothing we did worked. So it was Friday night and we called to get service. They came out on Saturday and got the air back on at no charge to us. The maintenance worker forget the clean the drain and that caused the AC to not work. We will continue to use their service and have been customers for 7+ years.
