“Where do I even start. I have been sick for over a week. Went to my primary care doctors office ( not my reg PC but the dr on call ) that would not prescribe me antibiotics. Told me it was viral and sent me home. Well, my symptoms got worse, so instead of going back to the same doctor, I went to urgent care. I saw Amanda the PA and she was hands-down My Angel. Not only did she prescribe me antibiotics. She also discovered that I had A SEVERE amount of wax in my ear. I have been dealing with vertigo and dizziness MUFFLED SOUNDS AND COULDN’T HEAR for several months/years. Most people when they do an exam, they look at my ears and just move on.
Amanda, the PA had instructed The medical assistant ( so sweet I can’t remember her name ) to remove the wax from my ear, and I can’t even tell you what this has done for me. The vertigo has stopped, the dizziness has stopped. It sounds like someone has a microphone up to my ear. Everything is so loud now. I seriously feel like a new person. The bedside manners were like night and day from the other doctor’s office!
