I have rented from this location multiple times. Every time has been a good experience. I rented a lift in January, they did not have it at their location so they upgraded me to the next size up lift for free. I recently rented a lift and dealt with Josh Cruz. He went above and beyond! He helped out the delivery since it was so close to their location. He also helped out with the issue I had when we were not able to get the lift into the building, slight miscalculation on my part. I handled everything professionally and in a timely manner! I appreciate being treated the same way I treat my clients with my business! Highly lacking customer service skills. Just a heads up, you need to already be familiar with the process of selecting and renting equipment. I was told there was a hour counter on the scissor lift but was never shown the counter so unit was brought back with 5 HOURS of use still available that I would have used but was too concerned with going over the allotted 8 Hrs because I did not know how many hours was used since I did not know where the counter was. Very disappointing to say the least.
