Being new to the construction industry I was not familiar with the equipment types. Luke was amazing and answered every question I had and never lost patience with me during the process....even though I am sure I asked the same questions multiple times.
New equipment in good working condition. Had minor damage on one joystick. Called for service, part replaced with in a couple hrs. The job site is 1hr from town and 3 gates through the woods. Service tech was very knowledgeable.
United Rentals in lakeland Florida was very Professional and Courteous. My rental went with out a hitch.. it was clean and ready for use. As alway we will continue to use United Rentals for our needs. Thanks Chris for all you did.
