Meh. I had a hair appointment scheduled for 10 AM practically next-door so I went at 9 AM to get a pedicure. Though that is their opening time no one showed up for 10 minutes. It was another 10 minutes before pedicures was ready for me. I had to ask them to rush through the whole pedicure, which I really hated to do, but I didn’t want to be late for my hair appointment with a new barber. They did a fine enough job, but I would just be careful about the details here. Also, the photo on this site that shows their prices is incorrect. It says $25, but in reality the price is $35. Just another reason I won’t be coming back. That’s a average price, but I hate the misrepresentation.
Great first time visit! Came in first thing in the morning with a group of 3. Sat right down and were taken care of right away! Everybody was friendly. Took their time, we felt very pampered! Chairs were high quality and everything worked (massage, adjustments)
The service is great. I received what I feel is quality service but I am confused on the pricing. 2 weeks ago I got a full set, gel coat, standard pedicure with gel coat. $95.00. No problem I didn't think anything of it. Now 2 weeks later, Fill with Gel coat, standard pedicure with Gel coat... $95.00.... WHAT???? If every two weeks the nails will be $95 I will have to go to another salon. I really like United Nails but unfortunately the prices are not consistent and change constantly. This time the price was way out of line. The prices are no longer posted so they can do whatever they want on prices but that kind of jump is too steep for. All of this happened in the month of July 2025. So there is no way the prices were that drastic to change.
