The service is great. I received what I feel is quality service but I am confused on the pricing. 2 weeks ago I got a full set, gel coat, standard pedicure with gel coat. $95.00. No problem I didn't think anything of it. Now 2 weeks later, Fill with Gel coat, standard pedicure with Gel coat... $95.00.... WHAT???? If every two weeks the nails will be $95 I will have to go to another salon. I really like United Nails but unfortunately the prices are not consistent and change constantly. This time the price was way out of line. The prices are no longer posted so they can do whatever they want on prices but that kind of jump is too steep for. All of this happened in the month of July 2025. So there is no way the prices were that drastic to change.

Went to have a gel fill with Jenny, after a couple of unsatisfactory visits to other local salons. Found out she doesn't do gel fills (I neglected to ask). She pursuaded me to try dip instead, saying it was way better for my nails. OMG, I've been doing gel for about 15 years and no one steered me this way. I have never had a better result! My nails are beautiful and really natural looking. WAY better than gel. I will be goong to Jenny from niw on! THANK YOU JENNY!!!
